The kitchen equipment project of the school cafeteria of Bell Kindergarten in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, is a kindergarten kitchen equipment project undertaken by our company in 2013. This project aims to provide breakfast and lunch services for all the teachers and students of Xindu Jiuzi Kindergarten. This project encompasses the production, installation and layout of all commercial stove equipment, cooking equipment, workbenches, fume purification equipment in the main course room, all equipment in the dishwashing room and rough processing room, as well as equipment and accessories such as manhole covers.
Since the kitchen of a kindergarten mainly provides food processing for children, when configuring kitchen equipment, we must take into account the hygiene and safety of the kitchen equipment. In the selection of materials for school kitchen equipment, we all use food-grade, touchable stainless steel, which guarantees the hygiene conditions of kitchen food. In the design of the kitchen exhaust system, based on scientific calculations, we have fully considered the pressure, fresh air, supply air, and resistance of the kitchen ventilation system, providing an exhaust system that suits the conditions of a kindergarten kitchen. Thanks to the meticulous design and scientific construction by our company, the entire kitchen of the kindergarten passed the acceptance inspection at one go and was soon put into use.
