I. School Introduction
The total kitchen and dining service area of Shenzhen Longzhou School covers approximately 10,000 square meters, including all functional zones and equipment areas. The layout was carefully planned to meet current daily catering needs while allowing space for future expansion. Catering services have always been an essential part of the school’s operations, and this kitchen construction project was implemented to further enhance food service quality and ensure students receive nutritious, safe, and hygienic meals.
II. Kitchen Equipment Supplied
For this project, we supplied Shenzhen Longzhou School with a complete set of professional commercial kitchen equipment, including:

Primarily used for cooking and hot food preparation, equipped with multi-burner cooking ranges and rice steaming carts.
Vegetable Washing Area
Fitted with large sinks and multifunctional washing equipment to ensure fruits and vegetables are thoroughly cleaned.
Cold Storage Area
Dedicated zones for fresh and frozen ingredients, equipped with refrigerators and freezers.
Sterilization Area
Used for cleaning and disinfecting tableware and kitchen tools, equipped with high-temperature sterilization cabinets.
Meal Preparation Area
Designed for food plating and distribution, equipped with insulation equipment to maintain proper food temperature and quality.
Waste Handling Area
An independent waste management zone with classified waste collection systems to ensure proper waste disposal.
Project Highlights
This kitchen engineering project went beyond equipment supply and installation. A complete, customized kitchen operation solution was developed specifically for Shenzhen Longzhou School.
